The Mayor's Help Line provides a convenient and effective mechanism for the City to respond to residents’ requests for services.

The Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It acts as a communication vehicle between the citizens of Yonkers and the City departments, as well as a communication link between the departments. It creates, distributes and closes-out work orders throughout City departments, and also coordinates City services for the benefit of the citizens.

In a typical year, more than 125,000 phone calls are answered.
