Robert W. Cacace, Jr. currently serves as Commissioner of Information Technology for the City of Yonkers. Cacace brings over thirty years’ experience in Information Technology and Data communications to this role.

Cacace previously served as CEO and Partner at Corstar Communications as well as CEO and Partner at Electric Book/Broadband Business Corporation.  Cacace has extensive experience in senior management, division general management and sales and marketing management within large corporations. Additionally, Cacace has entrepreneurial experience starting a successful small business. In leadership roles, Cacace has managed a staff of employees ranging in size from 20 employees to more than 1400 employees. Cacace has negotiated municipal and labor agreements and written and co-written numerous grants for educational organizations.

Cacace has extensive cable television, telephone and Internet experience holding positions as Vice President and General Manager for Nynex Video Services Organization, Vice President of the New York and Midwest Regions for Cablevision Systems Corporation, Regional Manager for Cablevision Westchester, NY, General Manager for Cablevision in Rockford, IL and General Manager for Cablevision for Yonkers, NY.

Cacace graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He resides in Yonkers with his wife and two children.
